The Industrial Lathe Operator training lasts 1 year (12 months), including a 2-month practical company internship. It's an intensive training that allows you to acquire all the necessary skills to be operational by the end of your studies.
At the end of training, you receive a Specialization Diploma in Industrial Turning, recognized by the Moroccan state and highly valued by employers in the industrial sector. This diploma attests to your skills in conventional and CNC machining.
Yes, the training includes a mandatory 2-month internship in a company. We have partnerships with many industries in the region (OCP, mechanical workshops, automotive subcontractors) that regularly host our interns. Many of our students are hired directly by their internship company.
The starting salary for an entry-level industrial lathe operator is between 4500 and 6000 MAD per month. With experience and CNC mastery, salaries can reach 8000 to 12000 MAD for experienced profiles. Positions in aerospace and multinationals generally offer the best compensation.
Our training is mostly practical (70%). You will spend most of your time in the workshop, working on real machines and producing concrete parts. The theoretical portion (30%) covers essential fundamentals: technical drawing, material technology, and CNC programming.
